Refunds

For attendees registered for individual webinars, if you provide a notice of cancellation five (5) business days prior to the course, you will receive a full refund minus a $25 admin fee. Notices of cancellation received 0-4 business days prior to the course will not be provided a refund. If you are unable to attend the webinar, a recording of the webinar will be provided to all registered persons.

For attendees registered for the entire webinar series, you may request a cancellation for Webinar #1 or #2, and a partial refund (based on a prorated rate per webinar) will be provided, minus a $25.00 administrative fee. Notice of cancellation must be received five (5) business days prior to the applicable course.

Refund Requests as a Result of Technical Issues: If a technical failure at the attendee’s home or workplace prevents access to the live webinar, the attendee will not be given a refund. It is the responsibility of the attendee to confirm system requirements and test their computers prior to the start of the webinar. However, if a technical failure is the fault of the service provider and the webinar is cancelled, a full refund will be provided.
